DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY if you have a repeat prescription!!!! I used Mortimer Pharmacy in the doctors' surgery for many years, without issue. They were having building / refurb work done so everyone was passed around the corner to The Little Village Pharmacy which they also own... I was advised my repeat prescription had not been released by the doctor - so why should they be able to see it? They kept on with this behaviour for 3 months - by which point I have run out of certain tablets. Even a single item one-off prescription from the end of the summer - again advised the doctor had not released it. Why would the doctor hold anything back? After speaking with my doctor I was advised everything had been sent to this rubbish pharmacy - but again yesterday I was told the same story. I can only assume this pharmacy sells prescriptions / medication for their own profit. I have no proof of this - but how can my prescriptions suddenly fail to materialise. Interestingly ... when the chap serving me had all my details on the computer in front of him, I asked if I could look at the screen - he said no - even though it only showed my details on the screen - WHAT WERE THEY HIDING ?????

The worst pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of using. Booked a flu jab through the NHS, turn up on time and the pharmacy isn't even open! Notice on the door saying knock if you've booked a jab; knocked a dozen times over five mins no one answers. Even rang them and no answer, if I'd knocked any harder I'd have smashed the door down. When I turn up later when they have finally woken from their slumber and opens the door, they act surprised and say they didn't hear any knocking earlier- wonder what they are actually up to in there?!! Absolutely shocking service

Very helpful while undergoing changes in prescription dispensing in Mortimer. Big car park near by and open 7 days a week.

It's not worth it. These people HAD LOST MY CD. prescription and when I gave them a one star review William the manager ( Will with tatoos) threatened to banish me from all the chemists they have like the one in tilehurst, for putting in a bad review.

The person on the counter and the pharmacist didn't know what Oilulatum is. They also don't have multiple other products that you would expect in a normal chemist. Have been quite disappointed.

Best experience at a pharmacy so far, didn’t catch the chaos name, tall with dark hair, very well informed and helpful. Worth visiting if needing a pharmacy

Just awful! They have managed to lose two prescriptions! Such a waste of time trying to use these guys. I'd like to support a local business - but when service is this bad it's just not worth it.

Very good pharmacists. Big selection of goods at a reasonable price. Free parking available in the car park opposite the store. Staff are very friend and helpful, and know their stuff. Great, expert pharmaceutical consultation if needed. I use this place rather than the one local to me.
