Do NOT ever buy plasters from Asda - I nearly bled to death trying to put one on. It took me 3 attempts to open and put on a plaster - not what you want when blood is pouring out. Go for the old fashioned ones not the modern idea that is packaged so that you can not open it and then no idea which side to peel off first.
Great service! They have never let my family down. Quick and helpful staff. Switching back to this pharmacy is the best decision we made (and my frozen food never defrosts during the wait!)
Great service, I couldn’t recommend them more. Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable and I get my walk-in prescriptions within 10 minutes at most. I highly recommend.
This is the best pharmacy in the area hands down. So much so that I moved my whole family over to asda pharmacy and picking up their monthly prescriptions has become hassle free! I can always rely on them to have stock and on the slim chance that they don’t, they ensure to have it ordered and ready for me the following day. The staff deserve so much recognition for how they handle themselves and the pharmacy and for what they do for the community. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
I WAS BANNED TO USE THIS PHARMACY! HOORAY! I changed my pharmacy to this because this open until late but it was a mistake. Some staff are helpful but some staff are rude and abrupt. I could hear staff chatting behind of shelves but they do not bother to come out to the counter even long queue at peak time. I used this pharmacy only 4-5 times but medicines were out of stock for 3 times. Now I was banned to come to this pharmacy as I complained that one of medicine I urgently needed is refused to be given as another medicine I ordered together was out of stock (they have no idea when it will be available at all. You cannot keep coming back to check….). Never mind, I have had changed my pharmacy already before they banned me. >Hi, I am terribly sorry to hear about your experience. Although you mentioned that you try to improve your service, there are so many and similar reviews in long period, your effort of copy and paste seems no improvement of service. Here is my additional information about your service: Even when ordered my prescription, waited for 5 days, my medicine was not ready. More than that, I was told that it is out of stock they said just checked. It means they do not make medicine ready on the day of approval. They could have ordered 5days ago if it was out of stock. In other pharmacies, I can instantly take my order as it is ready. Even though there are people in the back of shelves, seems nobody regularly check people waiting, medicines are not ready until people come in queue, stock are not checked often as I and other review mentioned out of stock, which not often happened in other pharmacies. Hope you take actions soon, without asking people post reviews here, copy, paste and post to somewhere else again.
Really helpful with an emergency prescription on Boxing Day. even though it is not our usual pharmacy, the staff were very helpful in sorting out a few days prescription. Thank you.
Staff were rude, had my order for over 3 days and couldn’t even be bothered to print it, let alone order the out of stock medication! Will use another pharmacy as the others are more friendly, helpful and polite. Had to call online Drs to get this sorted as couldn’t even call the branch today to find out what was going on with my prescription!!! No one picks up the phone.
The staff are very polite and do their best to accommodate your request. I had my flu jab booked for the next day. But due to personal circumstances, I had to visit the pharmacy late in the evening earlier day. My request was happily accepted and no questions asked. I would highly recommend this store.
Excellent customer service each time we visit the store. Good thing they are open from 7am to 11pm, sadly they don’t deliver medicines. Staff at the pharmacy are always working hard and ensure customers are served fast. Best pharmacy around RG6.
