   I was laughed at when I asked how long the prescriptions take to get checked by the pharmacist. They said “are you serious?” as my prescription had been sent Friday evening and I was picking it up Wednesday evening. I was told I need to be patient and give it days on the doctor’s end then another few on the pharmacists end and I was lucky it was ready when I picked it up. My GP confirmed this is absolutely inaccurate!

   This pharmacy is a complete joke. The staff are consistently disrespectful, dismissive, and act like you’re a burden rather than a patient. There’s never a consistent pharmacist, it changes daily, so there’s zero accountability. To make things worse, they force you to ring them before collecting your medicine because they supposedly need to “prepare” it, even if it’s literally just a sealed box. But of course, they don’t answer the phone. Then when you show up, they question you and are outright rude if you say you tried but couldn’t get through. This isn’t a service, it’s a farce. Unsafe, unprofessional, and downright hostile. Avoid this place at all costs...

   Staff are absolutely disrespectful..never a "in house" pharmacist so changes daily..on a script i had it said & i quote "220ml to be given in one bottle" rather than 6 bottles of 30ml..but the pharmacist never read the script & bottled up 6 bottles of 30ml..because i refused to take the meds until its was given to me the way its LEGALLY written the pharmacist made up some excuse about not having a big enough bottle to give me it in..so i made the point that "the meds i was due comes in a 500ml bottle so just use that" but i was told " they're in the bin behind the chemist if you want it in one of them bottles"..So having walked around the corner to the back of the pharmacy & going through the bins 2 find a bottle that was big enough 2 hold my meds...If i could of given a zero ⭐ review then i would of...its disgusting that i was made to dig through rubbish just so i was able 2 get my meds...The owners need 2 be made aware of this as its disgustingly disgraceful that i was made 2 dig through rubbish in order 2 get what was LEGALLY my medication.. i hope the owner finds it within themselves 2 contact me before i contact my solicitor!...

   They don’t answer the phone, constant staff turn around and poor management has led to me not getting my medication on time on numerous occasions - do not offer solutions and just direct people to their GP. Avoid registering here

   Staff at this pharmacy are always kind and helpful. With the short amount of time I spent waiting for my prescription, I witnessed several challenging (to put it mildly) customers entering the store and interacting with the staff very rudely, but the staff all stayed calm and respectful. Thank you for your hard work and sorry this is something you have to manage!

   Terrible service could not get hold of prescription gave 2 items, and kept note so I couldn't go elsewhere, had to contact doctor to issue another one as medication was urgent, staff not bothered very bad service I will not be going there again as it used to be my local one but will go elsewhere from nw on.

   This pharmacy is dangerously and disgustingly incompetent. Not only are they too lazy and inconsiderate to update their contact information and opening hours online, but they are also so unaware of the importance of their job that they do not check for prescriptions. Instead of doing the bare minimum, they instead allow people to go hours, if not days, without their medication because they are too utterly idiotic to refresh an email inbox. For your own sake and health, find any other alternative for a pharmacy. Literally anywhere else will be a safe option for you. The one positive I can say is that the people there are polite. If they put half the energy into doing their work as they do at fake smiling at people, maybe they would actually be making a positive impact in the world.
