   Very constrained parking and unusual working hours- closed over lunchtime so check the website. Good to have a high street business in the village. Limited range and lines in places but very pleasant staff.

   Rude staff again. Always look to make any problem, your issue which is really down to their lack of effort/ support. Fail to be helpful in any way and never look to provide solutions ,but they do like to Blame everyone else except themselves. Shocking place, looki ng to move away from them asap

   A very poor service. Lectured me on 2 different occasions on their processes from 2 different staff with 2 different answers wrt prescriptions. Closed for lunch !!!!! Systems are obviously pooor and not inline with current technology expectations. Looking to move from them due to poor staff and poor ability to support basic pescription requirements

   I was owed 14 days medication and, when I went to collect them, was told they wouldn’t be in until the end of October. If they had contacted me and advised me of this then I could have made other arrangements. Being told to contact my doctor for an alternative was really not helpful. I shall now use Whitewater as this lack of service is unacceptable where medication is involved.

   Staff really quite rude on both occasions I’ve visited asking very personal questions in a rude and loud manner. They also never have had stock on both October visited and boots discontinued both different drugs do used whitewater pharmacy as able to provide medications.
