   Poor service. Went for flu jab booked via NHS, took time off work arrive on time only to find "unable to do the appointment" becuase the pharmasist couldn't be bothered to get to work on time. Shameful. The rest of us make the effort

   Recently changed to this pharmacy due to work commitments. Been with them for a few months now and they are absolutely brilliant. Every 2 weeks they make sure they have my medication in stock and ready waiting for me. I haven’t had any issues and it’s so refreshing to see a pharmacy work so smoothly and proactively. Staff are always polite and friendly and I never have to wait long to be served. Keep up the great work all at white water pharmacy and thank you for making my life easier with a nice smooth process!

   Useless had my prescription for about three weeks but when I went to collect it guess what? they hadn't even bothered to make it up. Some bit of a school girl about 15 was working there while two adult women just stood about talking. The girl never apologised. Oh and guess what they don't answer the phone!

   The place is shamboloc! My husband has been prescribed ensures (incidently he’s dying) and can only tolerate these drinks. Was told they don’t hold them in stock but they’d be in next day at 3pm I went back to be told they weren’t in and the delivery vans were stuck in the garage! I had the misfortune to have to go there this morning to be told the same thing! They are incompetent at the lowest level rude beyond belief and the young whippersnapper who tried to belittle me this morning should have done better at school or she wouldn’t be working in a pharmacy that is not fit for purpose. I want a call from the highest manager or I will go further with this.have noticed anyone with positive things to say get a response but anyone saying negative thing are ignored… certainly makes you think saying anything negative get a response . Makes you think

   Having recently moved to the area, I have now tried using this pharmacy on several occasions, each one being a poor experience. 1st time I spoke to a very rude lady (ginger hair).. I must have been speaking in a different language, as many times I explained myself, she kept asking the same question, then finally gave up and walked off.. I then waited for her to return, to my disgust she said are you still here??? Unbelievable! Yes I am still here!.. 2nd occasioni tied calling no-one ever answers the phone at this place, it just rings and rings and then they put you on hold and deliberately cut you off.. wouldn't use this place ever again!!!
