My husband and I stayed over night to see the Christmas Market, the host was very welcoming and helpful. The bed was super cosy and the breakfast was lovely, we would definitely recommend staying here.
We had a great stay here thank you. Communication was easy, location was perfect, bed and pillows were comfy, shower nice and warm and the breakfast tray was absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend and would most definitely return when visiting winchester again.
The house is a little way outside the centre of Winchester but is all the more peaceful for that. My room was rear facing and overlooked the gardens. It was a very well furnished room with a good en suite and very warm. Breakfast was left outside my room each morning and had an excellent selection including cereal, toast, cheese, fruit and yoghurt. All in all 31 Queens Rd was a very good choice for my short stay in the city

Great place to stay. Host was very friendly and helpful. I cycled to Winchester and he let me put my bike in the garage. He gave me a key to it so that I could leave early and not disturb anyone. I was had an early breakfast for the same reason. Room was perfect for me on my own. Good shower and comfy beds. Definitely stay there again.
Very accommodating, although I did not use there was a wide array of breakfasts available, prime location with en suite to room, any issues quickly and professionally resolved. Would stay here again.
Great location. Close to train station, busses and historical sites. Next to university and Hampshire Hospital. Richard directed me to places I wanted to go and continental breakfast was alright.
Spotlessly clean, my room was the tiny twin room, the bathroom for this room is on the other side of the landing, yet it's easy to reach and just as clean as the room. The floor is pleasantly soft and a small radiator is provided if you feel cold with the standard heating. Gill was extremely helpful in giving me informations about the buses. I enjoyed my stay despite it being too brief.
