   Had a prescription for some medicine cream from a doctor at the burdwood medical centre who rang up and asked if they had the medication and was told yes they had it. When going to pick you the medication they told me to F off and go to a different pharmacy as they have better things to do. Will not be returning until they either sort their attitude out or start telling the truth about customers/patients

   I only have to go here once a year and every time without fail something goes wrong. I wont use them again if I can avoid it. The space seems much too small, its an absolute tip, total chaos and staff are just running around. It's clearly not fit to service the local population's needs.

   Would give zero if I could. What an appalling service. Had to come 4 times to pick up medication as notes on the doors saying pharmacy closed at certain times today. Well turns out that the note was there for at least 3 days! Maybe next time write that it will be closed during the week at particular times and save people multiple trips and wasting time. 15 people waiting in a queue and staff having laugh and chat. Only lady at the till seems to be doing her work. Prescription send a week earlier and still had to wait for it to be signed of for 20min. All together wasted an hour. And I was 8th in the queue.

   Opens at 0900 not 0845 as advertised. Closes for lunch from 1300-1500 and then closed at 1700. Shelves are half stocked and prescriptions take several days to fulfil. If you can go somewhere else, do

   I have avoided Lloyds at Burdwood for years after so many problems. But today a visitor had their GP from the North East send two prescriptons to Lloyds. As the visitors were leaving the area tomorrow getting the prescriptions filled asap today, I dropped in at 11 am, explained the situation, the lady was extremely helpful and we picked a up the drugs just after lunch. On this occasion I do have to say a huge thank you to the staff.
