I booked a taxi this morning and had a curt call to say he was outside...he clearly wasnt ! He then rang back and asked my door number. I asked him to collect my friend and she got in the vehicle but couldnt close rhe door properly. He shouted for us to shut the door. I tried but was unable to ...in the end he grudgingly got out and slammed it shut. On arriving at our destination I asked the price, he said £9 ! I said how much and he said "do you thibk that is too expensive" ? He then said £8 then .! .........I usually pay £5 for this journey without the slight detour. We are two ladies in our late 70s and should not be taken advantage of . I will never use this firm again and the vehicle was very noisy as if the shock absorbers were on the way out too. VERY BAD SERVICE !

Pre-booked a taxi on line to pick us up from our hotel at 3.30 AM to take us to the airport. Later that evening I received a call from someone called Talib who said he was checking the booking. I went through the booking with him and even confirmed the hotel we were staying at as there were two Premier inns in the area. A couple of minutes after the call I received an email confirming the booking. On the morning we were meant to go to the airport no taxi arrived. I tried phoning the mobile number that had called me but it went straight to voicemail. The hotel had a device to book cabs but that came up with a message no taxis available. Luckily the night porter knew someone and we managed to get picked up albeit 30 minutes later than we planned. I sent a text message to the mobile number that had called me asking why he didn't turn up. Later that morning I got a text back saying that the driver had phoned me and I had told him that I had got a cheaper taxi elsewhere. I text back with all the details as clearly this wasn't the case. I was told I would receive a call that evening. That didn't happen and I have never received an apology, no sorry nothing. Unbelievably bad service.
