Excellent service as always. KPD is the go to for professional and prompt service. The new booking/ communication system is great for peace of mind, an email a few days before to confirm the booking, pick up times and driver details. This time there had to be a driver swap the night before due to unforeseen circumstances. Josh dealt with it in a considerate manner and (sending a message before calling in case we had already gone to bed due to the very early pickup) I spoke to Josh. He was very efficient following up with a message with the new driver details. Both drivers were excellent. Both looked very smart and were happy to leave us to doze on the journeys. The vehicles were very comfortable and it seemed effortless. Thank you again KPD.
Despite a delayed homeward flight Troy picked us up exactly as promised in a clean and smart vehicle and drove us comfortably home. Really nice guy, highly recommended.
It was the first time we had used this firm and we were not disappointed. The driver was on time and very pleasant indeed.
