   My group and I tried to use the taxis service but half way through the ride, the taxis driver realised there was a road closure and stopped the car until we payed an extra £10 despite already having payed and being quoted £30. Then trying to speak to them over the phone I was told to take it up with the council because the road closure wasn’t there fault despite already being quoted a price. The man on the other line was very rude to me over the phone and hang up on me. Overall completely unhelpful and would never use again as long as I live.

   if you can avoid this place, do. they charged us an extra £10 after stopping in the middle of the road due to road works that they were aware about. they quoted us £30 on the phone and the cab driver charged us at the beginning for a 15 min drive. when we called to despute the extra charge they were incredibly rude and told us to call the council. We were very polite and they started being short and swearing at us. Avoid at all costs!!

   I had the pleasure of using Bracxi Taxis on 9 occasions during the last week. On each occasion they turned up on time, drove safely and the drivers were all curteous and friendly. They are able to send receipts direct to your phone number. Big shout out to the Polish female driver who drove me and my colleagues several times. She is super friendly and reliable! I will definitely use them again when in the local area.

   I have been using this company for many years. I have been more than happy. I use them for business and private use and look forward to the conversations. And on more than one occasion I have known that the lady driver has not charged an elderly or vulnerable person. I received that information from the actual customers concerned. We need more kind people like this in the world xx

   I have nothing but good news to report for this taxi company. I’ve used them for at least a decade and never had a problem. They go above and beyond to make me feel comfy as woman travelling alone. They are very reliable, friendly and professional (especially the lovely lady).

   ive used them for the last 10 years but will cease doing so - quoted me one price of 480 for a return journey then it went up to 550 when i booked a few days later. when i asked why and pointed out i was a regular customer, they simply asked do i want the a cab or not - great customer service. Shame as when i first used them they impressed me, guess they've now grown complacent. Ive since been quoted 350 and 400 for the same journey, so rude, untrustworthy with their pricing and having a laugh at regular customers expense. Avoid As the funny response below shows - i got what i deserved for not leaving good reviews, for sort of turning up on time, which i paid through the nose for. Theres no issue in the response with rudeness or overcharging by circa £250 - it sums the attitude i got from them up perfectly, well done. Its funny you think google reviews site is for businesses to beware of those dodgy customers, that dont leave you rave reviews for doing your job. Good luck with your business.

   I called to book a taxi as i usually do 2 hours or so before i need it. i was asked to prepay for it which i’ve never had to do with this company- the man asked me for the long number on my card so i gave it, and he then proceeded to ask my for my 3 digit number on the back (my security code). I refused as i know full well i shouldn’t give that number out. He then got very rude and told me i was wasting his time as i said i’d book elsewhere as the details he needed was a huge red flag. Usually a lovely experience but i was highly disappointed and put off of using this service. this happened at 8:10pm 07/01/2023

   Arranged for taxi to collect elderly mother. Gave good directions to find the house (it is easy to find) but they didn't turn up! She missed her appointment after waiting outside house for 15 minutes. Dreadful. Person on phone just didn't seem to care. Will never use this company again.

   Picked from a pub when wanting to get back. Taxi service asked for £28 which we thought was very fair. We stopped at our location and the taxi driver put in £38 into his card machine without letting us know. Of course we were not happy at this and challenged it but being the scam it is we could not get out of it. We do not recommend this abysmal taxi service to anyone
