   Have used this company before and they are never the most helpful on the phone but managed to book in, I called today and whoever answered was clearly driving and cut me off after a I said a few words, I called back 3 times and was cut off. Final try a rude man answered (again he was driving) said no cabs available. So clearly when no cabs available they cut you off rather than just speak and say so. Very rude indeed!

   Overpriced, ie for the same journey Ash Cars RnR charge £5, my driver charged £10. He was rude, aggressive, and I won’t be using them again.

   charged me £20 for a not even 15 minute car journey, (buckingham to steeple claydon) , would normally cost me £9.50 with other cab companies but my usual cab office wasnt answering so i went with ak , driver was very nice and talkative. im extremely upset as moneys tight atm so the extra £10.50 i was charged is impactful. i was desperate for a way home but would've rather just slept at my friends house i had just come from than spend the extra. once again driver was lovely im just extremely upset about the price i paid

   Did not confirm costs before journey. Asked to stop for driver to collect a kebab for a discount. Did not feel safe, driver happy to drop me off in middle of nowhere at midnight and take full fee for only half the planned journey. Will not take card payment,cash only.

   Wanted a simple quote for a fairly long trip ahead of time, but was rudely told to call back when I needed a taxi. First attempt to use AK, won't try again.

   Absolute joker of a taxi driver tried to charge us almost £22 for a journey that has never cost me more than £8 (Buckingham to Addington). The journey was done by the meter and he tried to claim this has been the way since the pandemic and then tried to pass the blame onto the local councils! Absolute con artists. I really feel for people that get taken advantage of in this way. Absolutely won't be using AK Taxis again.

   Came to Buckingham for a concert in Milton Keynes, every taxi service we tried were fully booked but the gentleman from AK came through for us, managed to quite easily find us from the rural setting, picked us up on time and took us as close to the stadium as possible, after the concert he called to ask if we needed picking up which we did, a few minutes later he called again to let us know that he was right around the corner waiting for us, didn’t try to over charge or mess us around just quickly got us back to where we needed to go with absolutely no fuss, would definitely use again.

   My drivers name was Ahmed and he was very polite towards me and checked up on me. He was kind enough to help me into the vehicle and out. His car was very clean and smartly kept it was a new Mercedes and it was very nice. I recommend this service and I would especially ask for Ahmed as he was very caring to me. Definitely recommended ;)
