   Okay place, local people who are easy to chat to. Some where tipsy when arrived and very chatty. Jane was very keen to use the juke box and dance around the club. John was slightly negative and kept talking about his heart problem.

   Hi Googeeps (Google Peeps haha)! Back with another review! Purley on Thames is not just beautiful, its home to the hissing goose, the spitting spawn, and the honking duck. Wonderful attractions alongside a beautiful river! It is a great walk and swim for the doggies and the kids with some sandy fronts but be warned: mud abound! Its also a really good fishing spot alongside the perfect place for boat rides (we recommend your own and not someone else's as that is illegal). Its a beautiful day out and full of adventure and sightseeing! Highly recommend at least one visit to the Riverside of Purley on Thames!

   Called into the Mad Duck Cafe today and enjoyed a lovely egg roll & coffee before a walk along the Thames. The staff are so friendly its well worth a visit.

   Was a member here a number of years ago. Clicky environment with the locals, expect a funny look if your not known in the area. Best thing to do in a place like this is make a statement. The beer wasnt too bad from what I remember, they had crisps and nuts to eat also. After buying so many pints they would give you a free pack of salted nuts just to dry you up a bit so you are thirsty again. I believe the prices were around £1.80 a pint of Carling, which is about average for a social club. There was a pool table and fruit machine as entertainment and in December they would put up a Christmas tree.
