   I’ve been going here for years now and I’ve watched it go down hill so rapidly the new management is awful I’ve seen them speak to customers and DJs in an awful manor definitely needs to get off her high horse! Toilets are absolutely disgusting no toilet roll and slippy floor my partner said the men’s toilets are worse than a portaloo at a festival. As for drugs that literally happens everywhere we both witnessed young girls and boys doing it in the toilets and passing it around in the smoking area clearly staff are allowing this. Drinks are over priced and very poor quality alcohol they’re definitely trying to hard since next door has closed, I think someone higher up needs to pay them a visit. Rubbish all over the garden and rats running in and out under the gate they have in the garden absolutely disgraceful.

   Cracking night in Andover!! Manager, doorstaff, barstaff all amazing at their jobs! Drinks was spot on and the music was amazing, was going to do a bit of a crawl around the town but didn't bother stayed in Spin bar and had the best night Me and the guys will be back!!!

   Brilliant if you're drunk that way you don't notice the absolute state of the toilets, outside bar stools coming apart, sticky floors, dirty walls - no SOAP in the toilets either! One toilet was completely blocked. Security was top drawer, music was good too. Shame about the aesthetics used to be quite a classy looking place.

   A few weeks ago an incident occurred at the venue the staff were amazing in dealing with the matter and I have since returned to the venue and have felt the staff have still been so pro active in making sure I am OK. Its always such a good night at spin even with covid going on they have still managed to maintain this with all guidelines in place assured.
