My time at the booth Centre I have no complaints the staff are so friendly security is really good you have a key fob to get through your door so you can get into your nest your room door also works and opens by a fob it's very safe my key worker patience absolutely fantastic a 10 out of 10 for her. So this is my last week at the booth Centre... Thank you so much for helping me.

The salvation Army are an amazing association that helps and supports those most vulnerable. I have never received services however am fully aware of there endeavour to give rise to new lives.

awful staff members don't help their residents kick people out for no reason because they can't do their job at helping those in need don't get referred to live here you'll regret it. don't know why they get paid to work their they might as well live at the place themselves

Very friendly staff always available 24 hours a day. High security too. Key fob must be used to enter each area. There are many rooms here at the hostel. The council allow you to stay here for 4 weeks. The garden area is nice to sit in and pass the time of day. With hot or cold drinks and daily food packs available.

So,an odd place to review, this is a rehabilitation centre for the homeless, but still a very attractive building that used to house sailors from all the countries of the world, read the plaque outside and admire the architecture in the revamped area of old Southampton
