   This development has been plagued by serious water ingress and construction defects since the day it was built. My flat had leaks before I even moved in, showing clear evidence of latent defects from poor workmanship. Seven years later, the same problems remain — the roof is still defective, and the freeholder/developer, Wright Investments, has failed to carry out proper repairs. Wrights’ approach has been nothing but denial, delay, and cheap patch jobs by unqualified workers. They have ignored repeated complaints, legal escalation, and even evidence from their own contractors. The result is that parts of this development are uninhabitable and unsafe, with leaseholders left to live with the consequences of their negligence. This is not just poor management — it’s systemic failure. Wrights have shown they cannot be trusted to deliver or maintain homes to a safe standard. Avoid this developer at all costs.

   We stayed for 8 nights. Well equipped kitchen. Overall, a spacious apartment, firm double bed and great facilities. A bit far from the center though. A nice place near the docks to walk,dine and have a drink!Also, two mini markets are close by that provide almost everything. I would definitely recommend it!
