   I have just secured mine and my Daughter's new home with New Forest Rentals. One of the Director's 'Jonathan' emailed me back promptly after I had enquired about this property online. We spoke on the phone a viewing was arranged for 3 days later. Jonathan met me at the property and showed me around, his mannerism is on point, professional, friendly, approachable, re-assuring and genuine. In my experience over the last 2 months of searching for a new home before the end of September 22 it's apparent that this is very rare now in this industry, to me this is precious and refreshing. There was no bribery, discrimination or underhandedness, which beleive me when I say that alot of the well known agencies are conducting their work like this, it's all I experienced to the point I wrote to my local MP to have this looked into as it was wrong on so many levels! When I say bribery I mean that offering 6/12 months rent upfront to even secure a property that you haven't viewed yet just to appeal to the landlord more, offering a higher rental amount per calendar month to get a viewing, or being told that after a viewing it was given to the person offering the most money. Alot of these agencies would pick the professional couple not the single professional Mummy, (this wasn't an issue for New Forest Rentals, it didn't even come into it). I was treated fairly and with respect throughout. After the viewing within a matter of days, all paperwork was dealt with in a quick, efficient and professional manner, with a move in date confirmed, incredibly streamline! I couldn't be more grateful and appreciative to Jonathan and the team at New Forest Rentals. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent their new home. New Forest Rentals has definitely restored my faith in humanity.
