   There is nothing I can say bad about this place. Maybe 1 or 2 of the tables need reclothing due to stains and small holes. But the rest of the tables are brilliant. The staff are out of this world and always friendly faces with smiles. Cheap food, cheap playing, and cheap beer. What more can a man ask for. Just to update. They have reclothed all the tables at the venue 1 week ago 10/7/25

   The club is a decent size fairly open space with plenty of pool tables and a separate room with snooker tables. A popular venue this place gets busy. The tables are all highly maintained. Staff are friendly. There are dart boards as well. Small issue is the club is down Richfield Avenue so a bit of a walk from nearest bus stop so ideally someone needs to drive.

   I played my 1st proper snooker match on a professional table at this venue recently & i thought the customer service was really good when I ordered some refreshments during my visit & I had a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon out with my uncle & all the staff were really welcoming & professional throughout my visit & I'll happily come back & use this place again & I recommend it to all those who haven't tried it yet to have a game of snooker or pool at this place

   Very good sports and games club. Acts as a very good social club in small gatherings. Prices for pool are a bit steep. However, split between friends is not so bad.

   Has excellent and friendly staff.. nice ambience.. i play American pool.. one 1 table but Rassons, so really good quality. But the rasson table i think needs to be refelted, and the cushions realigned. The ball is ever so slightly jumping when hitting the cushion. I think it just needs maintenance. But nice place overall.

   If you’re playing on either of the STAR tables play on table 2 NOT table 5. Templates of the pockets are way too tight even for a star table. You also can’t bring responsible guests even when you’re a member of the club which isn’t right. Food and drink is a good price and most snooker and pool tables are quite quick and reactive.

   A truly great place to play table sports. Pool, American Pool, Snooker, they have it all and with very high quality tables that are looked after properly. If you're into Pool, Snooker, 9 ball, darts or whatever, this is the place in Reading to visit. I love American Pool tables, and this is the only one left in Reading. A true gem!
