   Michael Rhodes have sold 3 houses for me and this time we also bought from them. I wouldn't use any other Estate Agent. All the staff are friendly. Natasha was so helpful as we needed to go to the property several times to measure up, nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Pam is excellent with the sales progression, my previous house sales were complicated and she was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process.

   Michael Rhodes is very different to other estate agents. No annoying sales tactics; an honest valuation, and helpful, friendly staff always willing to go the extra mile (in one instance helping us to find a new solicitor within a few hours when ours unexpectedly went under immediately prior to exchange... that really is beyond the call of duty!). In particular, I cannot praise Pam highly enough. She is a real voice of calm, pragmatism and sanity throughout the process of dealing with solicitors, surveyors etc. Having bought and sold several houses, the run up to exchange can be extremely stressful, but with Michael Rhodes it really feels like they are working pro-actively to make sure all goes as smoothly as possible, and holding your hand and your buyer's hand when things get complicated.

   I bought my property through Michael Rhodes. Unfortunately I had landed in an incredibly lengthy and challenging chain which took just under a year to complete, however what stood out about the service was the sales progressor, Pam, who was fantastic in managing this from start to finish, despite the frustrations of difficult buyers, sellers and solicitors. I can only comment on the buying aspect of this estate agent, but will definitely consider using them when I come around to selling the property as I feel this alone takes a huge weight off what can be a very time consuming process.

   Having been with another local estate agent who I was not impressed with I turned to Michael Rhodes with the sale of my property. All I can say is that I wish I had gone with them from the start. Vicky and Pam, the sales progresser were phenomenal in getting the asking price that I wanted and onto the final stages of exchange and completion. Communication through emails and phone calls was excellent throughout, and I was always kept informed of developments.
