My husband was refused and along with Vikas and his team, we appealed this decision. It was a tough process for us, but Vikas Sharma' professionalism and involvement led to the long-awaited result.    Residency visas are not easy anywhere and the UK system is not any exception. I applied for a family visa and after six months finally received word that my application had been rejected. We contacted Vikas Sharma and even before our Tribunal date we received word that the Home Office was retracting their rejection. Vikas has been working on these kind of applications for years and it shows - he knew what kinds of arguments to craft in our response letter to the Home Office and he has a great relationship with the Home Office lawyers and so they know when he sends them an appeal, it will have good grounds. And you will know you have the best chance of success. I have just received my presettlement status and couldn't be happier with his work with and for us and I highly recommend him and his office to anyone either with visa issues or in preparing a visa application.
