   They deliver packages, but... The package sits in the Balikbayan Box warehouse for meny weeks befor shipping and for all you inquiries are answered by the company stating it's already at sea, with only the tracking number not updated. When the tracking number starts working, it turns out your package has been languishing in their warehouse for the past few weeks. They deliver packages, but they don't take their customers seriously. Before ordering a box, consider whether this is the best option, as there are many other companies offering such services. The actual delivery time is 16-24 weeks. Of course, the company doesn't include the time your package sits in their warehouse, which can even be several weeks. Moreover, as you can see in the photos provided by the company, many packages are transported on their side. Few people prepare their shipments to be crushed on their side for several months. This causes damage to items and liquids to leak. Few bottles, even well-protected ones, can survive 3-4 months lying on their side and being crushed. This is the company's story: "We handle your package with special care."

The last box arrived really quickly too considering the longer shipping route around West Africa.
