    Have had seven consecutive missed deliveries of pvc cover boards. What is worse is that every day they actually send out a message showing it is scanned onto a vehicle when when this is not true. We have had the originating wholesaler call them and they are always told that it has been held back. We have also had one damaged set and one last week that just went missing from their Cambridge depot

    Absolutely ridiculous! Delivery driver just left 2 of my big heavy parcels outside and when I came home I realised 1 parcel was correct and the other was for a completely different address. I only have half my order! The driver hardly spoke English! Do not use this company!

    Promised same day delivery - VISA Urgent. Won't deliver until 5 days later. Phone line doesn't exist. Only a very unhelpful chat robot which provides no info. Worst delivery service I've ever used.

    Driver arrived with damaged parcel. When I pointed at this he started shouting and swearing at me then left. Very unprofessional. This driver is damaging your reputation

    Only half an order delivered this morning so tried to contact DX freight by their customer services phone… we’re still on hold. The tracking doesn’t work, live chat robot also doesn’t work. Unable to talk to anyone to resolve issue.

    Totally useless avoid at all costs Collection attempt 1, didn't turn up Collection attempt 2, driver didn't know what he was doing and could barely speak English, package taken and delivered back to me 24 hours later. Collection attempt 3, didn't turn up It would be quicker to deliver it yourself anywhere in the world!

    Parcel was out for delivery 2 days in a row no one came no card through the door a safe place had been put on order and what safe place is no card through door but after checking told I have to rebook delivery which is 5 days away on something that's already took 2 weeks and as specialist food for my dog and will have run out not happy obviously never came to door at all terrible service. No one to speak to messages ignored as well donnot use

    Could not be more unhappy!!!! The service has been business threateningly poor. I ordered a radiator for my customer for 1-2 day delivery from Toolstation but DX has failed to deliver it on 3 occasions, having lost the first one completely. I have spent a total of 7 - yes 7!! hours on the phone on hold and have lost 3 days work waiting for delivery. My customer has had a cold living room for 16 days! and is angry with me! DX, each time i finally got through, could not have cared less!!
