My son really enjoys being in Big Mouth theatre, his confidence has soared since starting the group. He loves that the children collaborate to create the plots, characters and to design the stage/costumes, as well as doing the acting.
Both of my grandchildren started at The Big Mouth Theatre Group in March, they absolutely love going and have gained confidence and friends in the process. To see them in their first production with all the other children performing was amazing and enjoyed by all who went to watch. I’d like to thank all the teachers who have given them the opportunity to learn new skills and making every session fun.
My son started his Big Mouth journey in Sept 2023 and has not looked back. He has always loved performing and drama, but Big Mouth encourages the children to write their own script and lead their plays. The children don't have to 'audition' for a part so no child feels left out, it really develops their confidence and self esteem. Alongside this Big Mouth offers fun get togethers and celebrations outside of the regular setting. I would absolutely recommend Big Mouth!
My 6 year old has been doing after school club with Big Mouth Theatre since year 1. We decided to try the Saturday morning InterAct club as well and her confidence has grown so much. She has recently performed on a stage in front of an audience and it was so obvious how much fun she was having. We are planning to join her up for another season!
My daughter started her journey with Big Mouth Theatre Eastleigh (Toynbee School) a few months ago. She had just retired from another activity and decided to try something new. She’s not looked back since. The group is so very friendly, welcoming and encouraging. Big Mouth Theatre is now the highlight of every week for her as she has really developed a passion for acting thanks to the wonderful teachers and the content of the class..
My 8 year old son started at big mouth theatre in April and it quickly became his favourite outside school activity. He has made new friends and the teachers have been brilliant. It was amazing to see him perform his first production last week. His confidence has really grown. We definitely recommend big mouth theatre to anyone looking to increase confidence, have fun and make new friends.
My Daughter started here a few months ago and loves it, especially as she gets to be involved with other aspects of the productions such as writing, costume design etc. She was with a larger drama class before Big Mouth but she is so much happier now. If you are looking for a drama class for your child I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Big Mouth.
