   Extremely unprofessional conduct. I live on a narrow road, and as some people have very small driveways here, or no driveways at all, there are always multiple cars parked on the road. What is more, there are currently roadworks making the road even narrower. One of your trucks was attempting to pass, but was having trouble due to these factors (were it not for the roadworks he would have been able to far more quickly. Instead of patiently waiting for the cars to pass, he was sounding his horn relenetlessly. My carer and I went outside to ask him to calm down, but instead of responding like a decent human being he waved his arms at us and demanded we move the cars, as if we were responsible for every single car parked on the road. Upon trying to tell him this, he just got more angry and abusive. Unfortunately I didn't manage to take down the driver's license plate. Attempting to contact the company via phone proved futile because their number appears to cut off before it even rings, although I will keep trying.

   My firm has been using CTS recently to swap 20 ft containers around on the trailers between deliveries. They've always had us in and out within 30 mins at most. If it's late on and you need switching first thing, They'll allow you to overnight in the yard and use the toilets and shower facilities. The staff are polite and friendly and will help you out where needed. Seam to be a good haulage firm.

   I worked for Dave for 13 months, not a bad boss at all a bit late paying the wages but nothing I couldn't cope with !! I lived 80miles away so became a traveling issue.!! My 2 problems with the Company are the transport clerk Alison is a nasty piece of work that is nice to your face when you work for the company but nasty towards you when you leave and secondly having to wait for your final wage 30 days after you leave but not actually receiving it until day 36 !!

   Would give CTS 0 stars if possible only found out I had No Job when he failed to pay my Holiday pay. Still owes me. Worst ever company, Avoid CTS like the plague!!

   I worked for Dave for 18 months. When I started with him his yard was still just outside of Bruntingthorpe Ind Estate. At that time he had 11 lorries and you could not have wished for a better boss. I even said to my partner, I could easily work for him till I go in to retirement. After a few months of working there he bought Core trans in Corby and his behavior towards the drivers started changing. For the most ridiculous things, like tyres blowing, parts braking on the lorry, he started blaming the drivers. Then when goldstar wanted jobs doing which might in tale of going over your time for a few min to get the job done and you said no, so they rang up Dave and he called you and then said he would lose his guaranty for the day if you didn't. So then I did it, but then when I got back on the yard the following week I was pulled in to the office for an infringement which he of course didn't know anything about anymore. So looking at this for a few months I got sick and tired of his nasty attitude I decided one Friday to leave. I emptied the lorry out and put everything ready to take out the moment I got on the yard. When I pulled up on the yard I was greeted by the most nastiest and threatening behavior by Dave. He was so nasty that it was just not possible to speak to him in an appropriate manner. He started threatening with punching me, then he put his face in to mine while I was trying to empty the truck out and put my stuff in to my car. Then when I ignored him and his nasty behavior because if I would have done anything, he would have been the first one to run to the police and cause problems. All he could do was to say, why don't you f*** German Ba***d go back to where you have come from. He still owes me the week in advanced work, holiday money. I would never ever work for him ever again, and to be honest if anyone does you would be very stupid.
