   Quality, trust and care, every time. There is no point shopping for home tech anywhere else. This is what high street retail should be like. The team at RS always know what they’re talking about, never take you for granted and respect your time and interests whether you’re spending £100 or £10,000. That’s why I’ve been coming to RS across the country for 20 years, even though it’s 5 years at least between trips.    Went to there Southampton shop for help about some B5 and C5 tvs was helped by a very helpful and friendly chatty and awesome staff member by name of James he helped me with all info i needed and in the end choose what i was going for. I got home realized i got paid phoned him from the card he gave me with his name he helped my buy it over the phone a Samsung QN90F its a god tv lik this is a good shop worth buying from. Marc took the time to answer all my questions and setup the system for me to listen to before making my decision.    Initially popped into the Southampton store and James kindly answered all my questions and concerns in regards to buying a new TV. He was patient and knowledgeable which helped me decide on LG G4. It's a £1,000 TV, which is a lot for someone who never bought a new TV before. However I am extremely happy with my purchase and glad I reached out to the store first to see it in person and get an expert opinion. Still amazed on how good the TV looks. Shoutout to James for helping me throughout the process.

   First of all - Brilliant. Top Quality Customer Service. I spent 5 hours at the store testing different speakers and amps to feel and hear the difference. I am a perfectionist so I had many questions and Paul Chance helped me so much to choose the perfect sound setup for my office. I upgraded from an old low end 2013 sony soundbar to the KEF Q150's and the Tangent Ampster BT II which broke day 1 (dont cheap out on the amp i learnt my lesson) I took it back to the store next day and got a refund and decided to not cheap out and went for the Audiolab 6000A after having another listen with the help of James to be sure it was right for me. It sounds phenomenal in the space I have even better than it did at the store as I am limited by space constraints. TLDR: Top Notch. You will not find better service than this. I am never going back to Currys for A/V. Richer Sounds treated me well. Recommended. Thank you to the team at Richer Sounds Southampton.
