This Richard guy will take your money for the box wont come and pick them up and call or reply back if you as for your £50 refund back soon as you and play you like he will send someone to pick up the box but he dont have noone to come around , the guy who's like the boss company name Richard kabeya very unprofessional
Great and fast service. I am a very happy customer. Dropped my parcels at the Bletchley office and within 72hrs the parcel was received in Lubumbashi. I will definitely recommend.
Very disappointed, customer service was below my expectations and when I enquired about getting a refund as I had decided not to use their services, I was just left on read. I mean it’s only £50 it doesn’t break the bank but giving an answer about what their refund policy is, would have been the most professional thing to do. In short will never use them, obviously everyone’s experience is different, this is just my personal experience

I found out about Zexfret through a Google search. I was scared at first but ended up contacted them. I was told it will take between 7-14 days for the parcel to reach Lubumbashi (DRC). The parcel left the UK on 28th April and was surprised to receive a text on the 3rd May 2021 notifying me that the parcel had arrived. Everything was in good condition. Parcels are trackable. I would strongly recommend.
