   Just off the phone, this has to be the worst customer service i have had to endure for quite some time. I wasn't even given the manner to finish my sentences. I am amazed that Sharps continues to get business with this type of aftersales. I'll be looking else where for what i need, and will be warding others away from Sharps in the future.

   We talked to sharps about a fitted wardrobe.... The first guy came along and drew a plan for exactly what we wanted and gave us a price. We paid for it and a second guy came round and produced computer generated drawings, used a jig to ensure parts would make it up the stairs etc. Joinet came fitted the wardrobe... Its solid, sturdy and looks fantastic. Its much more expensive than IKEA yes... But we replaced our custom IKEA wardrobe with this one and it's going to last forever.

   Customer service was poor. I wasn’t able to get any more insight on prices or styling. Wouldn’t recommend to family or friends. Don’t waste your time.

   The colleague that was sent to me was shocking didnt know customer service at all. He even mentioned another company and suggested that i use them instead as i wasnt expecting a wardrobe to cost £1,500. Definitely avoid at all costs.

   Shocking customer service! For being so expensive you would expect some form of customer service! I contacted Sharps to arrange a design visit and when I got a call back explained that I needed them to meet me at my current house to see what we have here and then travel 5 minutes to the the new one that we want the master suite and 2 walk in wardrobes done for. I was told there was absolutely no way they would be willing to do that! Avoid this lot and go somewhere that actually values their customers and are not too arrogant to actually provide a decent service. If there was a zero star option that’s what I would have went with!
