They are the most useless shipping company you can ever come across. Please do not use these people. Their communication is poor and they are not trustworthy and consistent. If you call them they will be very rude and disrespectful towards you. Use them at your own risk.

Donot use this company. I shipped a large amount of items to ghana which was over £2000. The main reason I shipped the items was to decorate my house and initially pack and his team seemed all friendly and ok, however customer service dealing with missing items is very poor. My items arrived in ghana when i was in ghana and waited for over two weeks but the goods were not delivered. Immediately I left ghana, the items were delivered to the care taker who wasn’t able to account for everything. I came to ghana months after to check my shipped items and couldn’t believe that most of my boxes are missing. I called paco and he said he doesn’t want to talk about my missing boxes and I shouldn’t contact him about it again. Very useless company that you use at your down peril. More than 3 boxes of my shipping is missing. I contacted the man in charge and he said they donot deal with shipping queries that are over 3 months. Appalling service and a useless company. Use it at your own peril.
am so disappointed with this shipping agency, they ain't consistent, don't give proper estimate of goods delivery and lastly don't communicate if there are delays. It's so pathetic, I won't recommend it to anyone. They said 6weeks and it's getting 9weeks now. They do not even deserve the 1star.
