   I honestly don’t even have the words to express how furious and disappointed I am. Calling this company “pathetic” doesn’t even begin to cover it. So many people have already given them 1-star reviews only because they can’t rate lower, because truthfully, this company doesn’t even deserve a single star. Absolutely disgraceful. Just like everyone else, my delivery was scheduled for Friday, 5th December. Every single day the tracking claimed it was “out for delivery,” took a nice little tour in the van, and then magically went right back to the depot. I have no idea what their drivers are doing, and clearly there is zero oversight, zero accountability, and zero professionalism. They keep giving you a delivery time slot and still never show up. And to make things even worse, I ended up collecting my delivery myself from the depot on 12th December, an entire week later because they still weren’t willing or able to deliver it even after all that time. In the end, I had to go to their depot myself just to get my own passport. Completely unacceptable and honestly one of the worst services I’ve ever experienced.

   Who did make you up? The most smelly rubbish company on our days. And shame to the trades who choose them. I was waiting for an delivery from ITS. I live on on 3rd floor and I've seen through the window the driver coming, he approached the door and in the next second he was gone. I've received a text that I'm not home. Fortunately, my daughter got down fast, open the door and shouted at him for the delivery. He was already in his van ready to go. This was second time in a week. Close your rubbish company down and disappear.

   Worst company ever. They Don’t know where is my parcel and when is going to be delivered. Part 2 Two days later they tried to deliver but to the wrong address so I didn’t get my parcel. Wow

   Waited for a delivery to arrive. To my surprise whilst waiting a message came through to say it had been delivered to a neighbour at my own address with a neighbour's name I do not recognise. My window looks out on to my front door and there was never a delivery. All neighbours have not had a delivery. Went to online chat who said get the picture from the seller (surely the company would have this?) Checked with seller, no confirmation or picture received. Went back to chat, now using the tracking number no agents ever appear, despite waiting over an hour. Clearly once they have answered once regarding a specific tracking number they don't answer the chat anymore. I therefore had to email and Tia Hudson replied the next day stating that I had been dealt with by the agent on the chat and sorry to hear that the parcel had not been received. They did not answer any of my questions regarding the current location of the parcel, who it was given to, and why the driver had put that the parcel was given to a neighbour at my own address, even though they have clearly not made an effort to deliver as I was looking out mu window at 1pm when delivery was attempted, including the hour beforehand. I will be complaining further until an investigation has taken place into the location of the parcel and/or compensation has been provided. I will not be giving up. I wouldn't use this company as their drivers lie and then they don't have any interest in resolving the issue. Just click on the other 1 start reviews and you will see a fraudulent pattern. I will consider next steps against this company pending their next reply.

   Very very poor customer service they were not helpful what so ever. Delivery was shocking if I place a order with anyone else and find out the DX are the delivery company I will cancel the whole order and re order from another company that does not use DX as there delivery company. .

   It's first and foremost an operational site. So visitors coming on-site will find it intimating and busy. But you will eventually find someone to assist you.

   Stay away from this company!!!!!!! You will be disappointed. DX it is not reliable, drivers are not to be trusted and the customer service it is the worst I have encountered ever!!!! Yet another delivery company that lies about attempted deliveries. I was here all day when I allegedly missed their driver but guess what ? After over 30 minutes an idiot from customr service department bother to ansewer the phone and after another 30 minutes of going backwards and forwards allegedly the depot said the driver could not find a place to park ???? Absolutely idiots. Their website and robotic call centre is also abysmal. How on earth do these companies survive? Oh yeah, they are all equally as pathetic as each other.
