Fantastic, hard working and caring staff. Great range of activities and learning experiences for children. Beautiful large outside play spaces and resident animals. Careful attention paid to special requirements and health needs.
Brilliant place great for kids won’t find another nursery like it
Too many admin and safeguarding issues. They have attempted (more than once) to hand us the wrong children, messed up bookings, failed to report injuries that occured, invoiced us wrong on multiple occasions, and messed up an end of year report which needed to be sent to our 4 year olds new school (they also sent this report when we had not given permission). Also this may be subjective but the preschool unit make a habit of separating boys and girls for certain activities that really shouldn't require separating gender, like pass the parcel. I have given the second star as some of the staff working in the nursery rooms are wonderful and my kids do enjoy their days there.
Both girls have been there. Delighted with the care given to both
