   Chiltern way academy supports the staff and students as much as they can I’ve been at chiltern way for a while and it’s a great special needs school and a great school in general the way staff deal with stuff is the right way the staff deal with incidents as quick as they can if they aren’t dealing with something or someone already the staff are kind and professional

   Toilets are absolutely disgusting. One of the taps don’t work one of the doors don’t lock. There’s still human waste on the wall of the bathroom that’s has been there for 2 years now. It’s like no one washes them and there is never any soap. Poor ways of dealing with stuff. When incidents like a fight happens the teacher is meant to radio support. But this was not the case, I don’t really think it’s the supports fault but the teacher because they should of radio support when someone is getting kicked even if it didn’t hurt it still not good and after that Wich was period 5 I asked to speak to a member of support and no one came and this is a serious incident because it not only shows the lack of support staff because the only excuse I will say is justified is them dealing with another incident. But overall it’s not acceptable that I’m sat there getting kicked and there’s nothing I can do about because I would get a very big consequence for hitting a female. So the rating I will give is 3/5

   All these other reviews happened yes but not in the sense you think the school is actually very good and supports a lot of the students amazingly well I am one of those students when I first joined the school I hated coming everyday but now im about to do my gcses I honestly can say I love going to Chiltern way everyday the people and staff there really make it a nice environment u would definitely recommend for most people's kids depending on there needs

   Bad, DO NOT SEND YOUR KiDS HERE there is good food but still not very nice words being thrown about for no reason, the outdoor gym was not very user friendly while it was usable, there was a kid that used it and lost a finger, although, they were using it inappropriately but it shouldn’t have happened, some students like me and two or three others witnessed the gruesome event, there is also a rooftop that students like to use like a jungle gym, there is also a student that has a fox tail and fox mask that runs on all fours.
