   We enjoy both regular swimming lessons and week intensive courses with Hydrokidz at Reading Blue Coat School. This October half term we used the 1:1 intensive course to hone Jessica’s skills and improve each of her 4 strokes. She also got to do practice with flippers to utilise different muscles and build stamina. The teacher was highly experienced and friendly, and my daughter really responded well. Thank you!!

   My 6 year old had little water confidence before starting swimming lessons, now after just a few weeks the change in him huge. We love Tuesday afternoons at the Phillip Southcote site, with their brand new pool and amazing swimming instructor- what is there not to love!!

   My two children have been attending HydroKidz swimming lessons for about two years. They have had a number of teachers during this time but all have been very friendly and supportive of the children. Lessons are reliable - haven’t been cancelled in the time we have been attending.

   The quality of teaching is good but TOO MANY KIDS in each session. I was told multiple times that there won’t be more than 4-5 kids and every time there are 6 kids and some times seven kids for a single teacher , and I complained about it multiple times but nothing has been done . So in a 30 minutes session a kid hardly gets 3-4 minutes of training

   Thanks to the lovely Lucy at St John’s Beaumont, my son, for the first time in 5 years of lessons elsewhere, actually turned his head to breathe whilst swimming. My son is autistic so coordination and dexterity is not his strong suit, so whatever she said to him, worked beautifully. He’s never “got it” before. We’re lucky to have Lucy as his teacher. She’s so good with him.

   Althought my 4 years old daughter is very new in the country with limited knowledge of English ( noisy pool environment makes the things even more difficult), she loves her classes, thanks to helpful& patient teachers. Classes are always on time and staff are helpful. Some others may be cheaper but I would prefer them.

   Our son loves his lessons, the pool is stunning and the lessons are very professionally ran backed up with a easy to use portal where we can see his progression on a weekly basis. The membership offers some great benefits from discounts at their webshop, private lessons and crash courses. All this at a very reasonable rate, I would recommend to all.
