   The nursery is great all round - location, value for money, facilities, garden and the amazing and attentive staff. The menu is impressive - very varied and nutritious. The staff care deeply about all aspects of the children's well-being and personal development. Our child has really flourished there, and we can tell that others have too. Aside from this, we also really appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of all involved.

   N family has become quite a lot busier since we started February 2024. Due to this, there are some aspects of standards that has not been maintained as it was when our son first started. They could improve in daily communication from the rooms to update parents on their activities, and pickup could be made smoother as things are busier - sometimes we’re waiting for >5 minutes for an update at the end whilst other parents are doing pickups. Could this be made smoother? Overall, great facilities with a great variety of play activities for our son, which comes with the territory of it being a big busy nursery (since it’s now at full capacity!) Food menu is always great to see - as it offers what seems to be very nutritious and homemade foods from scratch. Great variety (eg no cereals at breakfast, wonderful rotations of oats, eggs etc that you don’t get in other nurseries)

   Absolutely in love with the nursery - fortress room staff and management staff. The day my daughter moved into Fortress room was a blessing. The team in the room is so amazing, supportive, educators. My daughter is learning so much in there, and can see marked development. She is not even 3 but she can do most things by herself and her vocabulary have increased and improved with new words which we are quite impressed. Cath and Nadia from management team are absolutely star. Their welcoming smile, helpful nature and positivity is the key success for this nursery.

   Our baby absolutely loves going to this nursery, and we couldn't be happier with the care they provide. The staff are phenomenal, so friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They create an atmosphere where our little one feels safe, loved, and excited to explore. The meals are fantastic too, offering a range of nutritious options that our baby enjoys. We truly feel like we’ve found the perfect place, and we highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for exceptional childcare!

   We absolutely love N Family in Reading. It is a wonderful environment, they have fantastic facilities and the food is excellent. All staff are welcoming, helpful and supportive and our little one absolutely loves them. It is so refreshing to see how much they care and how much effort they all make to know you and your child by name and stop to have a chat. Having your little one start nursery is a daunting time and making sure you have chosen the right place is so important. We could not be happier with our choice and with how well she has settled in. We are already noticing how much she is learning and how much of a positive impact her nursery is having on her development and social confidence. Thank you to the whole team for creating a truly wonderful environment.
