Well maintained Wildlife Park with lots to see and do on site. Currently they have a Japanese Sika deer, some Fallow deer, a large number of otters, Scottish wild cats, Lynx, Wolverine, European Bison, Wild Boar, Wallabies Soon they will have wolves. Red deer currently in quarantine so on show shortly. Worth every penny of the admission fee. Very educational too.

We had a lovely day. My chukcren especially enjoyed listening to the keeper talks and watching the animals being fed. Would have been 5 stars but there were a few animals which are not there currently which I was unaware of. May have missed this info on their website. Also was quite a cold day so would have been good to have been able to order hot drinks half way round.

We booked a Keepers Experience for 2 of us for 2 hours. Ben was out keeper and it was his first time. He did extremely well. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We got to feed so many varieties of animals. It was very interesting. Highly recommend.

An amazing wildlife park with beautiful well cared for animals and excellent knowledgeable friendly keepers. We visit most weeks as annual member holders and throughly enjoy it just as much every time- and always see something different! The keeper talks are always informative and interesting and learn something new. Their conversation work is amazing and it’s brilliant to see all the animals thriving. If I had to choose a favourite animal it would be the elusive Eurasian otter Chestnut but closely followed by the noisy Giant otter family- but love all of the animals. I will continue to visit as frequently and renew when the year is up- I’m very excited to see what they have planned next. Keep up the great work.

A great place to visit, it's rare that you don't get to see any of the animals and you can often get quite close to the deer. Two great play areas for the kids as well and all really secure. It's fairly compact but not really suitable if you have mobility issues. Lots of otters and the cutest collection of field mice!

What a fantastic place, really enjoyed the animals. The staff were very helpful and the lady showing the lynx feeding was brilliant. Really good play areas for children, nice restaurant and clean toilets. Couldn't think of a better place to spend the day.

Found this site whilst on holiday in the local area. We arrived mid Feb when our schools were on half term but quickly found out that the local schools didn't break up until a week later, this did mean some attractions were not open so we had to hunt around to find places to go. We luckily found this site and in so glad we did. The site is a fair size but not to big. We did a couple of laps so we could see things at different times. The harvest mice were very active around lunch time. The site is well laid out and the animals have large enclosures with both indoor and out door sides. Some animals can be a bit elusive but that's the same in any park. We stopped and had lunch and the food was very good even had Costa coffee machines which was great. Overall price for admission and food was very reasonable. I don't mind paying for food and the gift shop if the admission fee is reasonable. Larger zoos annoy me when it costs over Β£100 just to get in and then the food is over priced and then you have to try an negotiate the kids through the exit without getting stung again by the gift shop. I know larger zoos have higher operating costs and are trying to recover from covid but I've found smaller sites to be better and actually get to see more so we'll done to this site for hitting the right balance.

Amazing place. Not to expensive tickets to get in, and really lovely area. Lots of animals well cared for, good animal talks and feeds so you can know more about the animal, and just a lovely place. Nice gift shop, and it has a cafe if you want to eat there, or picnic tables dotted about if you want to bring a picnic. Clean, friendly and would recommend! I've been there many times, it's very calming and I love seeing the animals, especially the otters!

Great day out with kids. Two lovely playgrounds and a sandpit. Most of animals were out so could observe them and take pictures. Plenty of free parking, shop, cafe and toilets. Also several picnic tables if you wish to bring your own snacks. We were very satisfied with what we have seen and definitely will be back again.
