Had a delivery today which we was dreading as our home is on a very busy tram road. Driver Barry lay was absolutely amazing very professional and made the job look easy he went all out to make sure our delivery was delivered to our property he went over and beyond to ensure a safe transaction. Had a delivery today from Wrefords. Log cabin delivered by Paul, we live in the north west highlands and roads can be a challenge to say the least. Paul was amazing and made it look easy, great guy all round and a credit to the company. Log cabin delivered safe & sound. Amazing service thank you
Great service. Product company informed 3 times a van would be needed due to access. Obviously they didn't bother handing this information on to the delivery service. Driver was a legend, luckily there is a yard down the road that he could unload and he forked it up the road and down the half a mile dodgy track to its destination. Not what you usually expect from a service and very impressed and happy. Thank you again great service.
Our log cabin was delivered to us via Wrefords Transport. As arranged with Simply Log Cabins service was seamless. Paul Goodman phoned 30 minutes ahead to say he was on his way. It’s obvious that Wrefords takes its business seriously, employing professional and friendly drivers. Paul told us he’s been delivering for them 14 years and makes regular trips up to Scotland. Our pallet delivery was carefully placed on the drive (he asked where we would like it and didn’t just plonk it down and run- Amazon take note here) We’re delighted with the combined service of Simply Log Cabins and Wrefords who have worked in tandem to provide an excellent service all round. The company i ordered my log cabin use Wrefords to deliver their goods. I received a call from the transport manager on Friday to confirm delivery AM Tuesday. Driver called me at 8am on the Tuesday to say he would be with me in 10mins. He did a great job unloading the pallet which was 6m long. He then drove it along my street in his forklift and placed it exactly where I wanted on the drive (even though my drive is on a slope and it involved him reversing down in his forklift for weight purposes!). Brilliantly done and managed to manoeuvre the cars that were parked on the street. He made it look so easy. He was so polite and courteous and a credit to you're company. The packaging was slightly burst at one end and I could see a couple of blocks were slightly damaged before I taped it back up for protection until the fitter arrives. These things come from Estonia though so I suspect the damage has happened in transit and not anything to do with how wrefords have handled it. Hopefully that won't hinder the build when it happens this weekend! As for Wrefords, I watched the guy unload the pallet from a distance as my young son was fascinated with it all. The driver took great care taking it off and also to avoid damaging other goods that he still had to deliver.
