   Booked a few holidays with TUI Eastleigh shop, always friendly and helpful staff. The last three holidays including todays booking were done with Megan who we found to be very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and she was very very patient which helps. Megan listens to your needs and acts accordingly without being pushy, the customer satisfaction is more important than the sale. Thank you Megan ☺️

   Hats off to Meghan for all her patience when dealing with 5 women trying to book a holiday. She was absolutely fantastic and went through tons of options, date changes, resort changes, air port changes and all the other requirements of 5 women !! I’m sure at times she was very frustrated but she never showed it once. Meghan made sure she gave us the information on the hotel and surrounding area, compared hotels and resorts and really went above and beyond. We were looking to book a 5 night break and weren’t going to book straight away but when Meghan got us a 7 night deal for not much more than a 5 night stay, we decided to book there and then. The lovely Tara came over to help with getting us all booked up, Tara ran through the benefits of the APP and how to register our holiday. Both ladies were really lovely and helpful and are a credit to TUI Eastleigh.

   We came in to see Tara to book a holiday on Saturday. Absolutely lovely lady and very knowledgeable and patient as I was abit nervous as booking our first really long haul flight. Had a question the following day and spoke to Josh who was also great and then finally made the booking with Megan as tara was with a customer, who was really accommodating. What a fab team at Eastleigh. Will definitely come back.

   We went to the office to book our wedding. Tara and Jacqui looked after us, very friendly and efficient. Even spoilt us with a glass of fizz. We gave them a list of wedding guests to contact, which they did, again very efficiently. Looked at different flight times from different airports, timescales and considered individual budgets. In brief, they made the whole experience very pleasant and stress free.

   I was in contact with Eastleigh branch and spoke to Meghan. I had originally emailed my requirements to Meghan who found me everything I needed for my holiday. I subsequently rang and spoke to Meghan and we went through the whole booking which was fabulous. I am now the proud owner of a new holiday with my two friends for next year and we could not have done this without Meghans help. She is a great asset to the Eastleigh tui store.regards carole jarratt I will be definitely be booking again with Meghan. 5 stars

   We had a great experience booking a cruise & stay yesterday in Tui Eastleigh. Jacqui was fantastic explaining everything as this was our first cruise we've been on. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, so smooth. Can't wait for our holiday to start!! All the staff were so friendly in there.

   Since Covid, we have committed to using Tui as our choice of travel. We are quite experienced in our knowledge of booking as we check online and see what we like, and then go in store and book it face to face.    I've never used a travel agent before but we were so happy with our experience at TUI Eastleigh! Both ladies were busy when we came in but we were acknowledged. We then spoke to Emma who was so lovely! She really took the time to understand exactly what we were after. She made some really great suggestions so we went away and thought about it. When we came back we spoke to her colleague who was equally lovely. Both ladies were so enthusiastic and were really invested in getting the right outcome for us. They were not pushy in the slightest. Consequently, we now have a holiday booked! Will definitely visit these ladies again in the future.
