   Having been forced to use this company due to a flight diversion and them being provided. The driver proceeded to use his mobile phone on multiple occasions, while driving, not hands free. i have a few of the incidents on video. He also seemed to like to sit very close to the car in front of them, and felt the need to swear at another driver for little reason. This was registration number pt66 pan. On sun 27th of April from 11am ish to 2pm ish. From Southampton airport to Exeter airport

   Would never use this company after what I witnessed on Saturday the 4th of February 2023 Coach Reg TR19PAN TRAVELLING through the roadworks on the m3 exceeding the 50mph limit intimidating other motorists by sitting right up behind them and causing them to move out the way he or she also went in the third fast lane twice which I’m sure pcvs are not allowed to do He also overtook me and then moved over causing me to take evasive action Ironically the little minibus of the same company behind us by a few cars stuck to the limit and caused no issues Disgraceful driving for a so called professional driver cctv WILL BE sent to HAMPSHIRE POLICE

   Transferred us from Sou airport to Exe airport. Comfortable ride, pleasant driver, delivered us door-to-door as promised. Probably worthy of a four-star review if I was honest. But they also returned my glasses which I managed to leave on the bus - and did so without charge, within a couple of doors. So for that I'm very grateful and makes it worth of a five-star review.
