My employer forces me to use the service. Very bad online user interface. Searches for flights and hotels do not find the cheapest/best options that you get via other search engines. If you plan to go to a conference, the conference hotel basically never shows up in a Clarity search. You usually end up emailing Clarity with what you want. These matters are then usually resolved swiftly, and you safe yourself the hassle of booking everything on your tab and then filling out forms to get reimbursements. My understanding is that they charge my employer £3 extra for each booking not facilitated by the useless web interface, which is a total ripoff.
