   Dreadful company, once sent me on a wild goose chase to the Milton Keynes Depot and then when I arrived (40 minutes later) I was told that a mistake was made and my parcel was at the Northampton depot back where I started. Also only open for 2 hours on a Saturday and then closed on a Sunday? Why are you trying to deliver my parcel at 9am on a Saturday, refusing to leave it with a neighbour and then only allowing a 2 hour timeframe for me to collect this? I'm sorry you close at 11:30 on a Saturday? Pathetic. Never had as many issues with a courier in my life. Shambles of a company.

   Worst courier to use. Drive 30 mins after I speak with them on the phone to collect what they should delivery one day ago, and when I get there they can't give me my parcel cause the warehouse is locked and they don't have the keys to open it.....

   Scheduled a re-delivery and took the day off work to be home to take it for them to not even bother attempting delivery. Now without parcel and down a days wages.

   Second time having to collect from the depot. Average 15 minute wait for the gates to be opened despite two separate customers at individual gates pressing the call point. No apologies

   APC are possibly the worst courier to use from this recipient’s point of view. Late notice of delivery (10pm the night before) by email only not text, a two-hour window for delivery announced on the same day when it is too late to change plans, and a fifty mile journey to collect from the depot if you miss it, and that’s between 9 and 5 Monday to Friday only. And the depot is nowhere useful where could be combined with other errands. I avoid buying anything delivered by this company because it’s such a pain. Sorry.

   Fantastic service. I was out when they tried to deliver so I called and said I would pick my parcel up in the evening. I actually got out of work early so got to APC too early. The driver came back at the end of his round to deliver for me. No grumpy face considering. The guy was smiling, pleasant and polite. Very happy

   Your delivery driver is superb - thank you Can you please pass my gratitude to the driver (and his manager) that delivered to me in Irchester this afternoon. He rang on the bell and also called but, as a homeworker, I was unfortunately on a call. I called the number back and this amazing driver came back and delivered - his response was that he was only having a quick bite to eat and it was no problem!

   Eugh, my shoulders always sink when I find I've ordered from a company who use APC to handle their parcels, and APC never fail to live down to my low expectations. I've watched drivers on the live tracker near the end of the day driving around the countryside wasting time or sitting parked 100 yards away from the depot for half an hour before going in, presumably having not had the parcel loaded onto the van in the morning and not wanting to be sent back out again if they get back before closing time. They absolutely refuse to use my secure parcel delivery box - the ONLY delivery company who won't use it. Redeliveries booked in good time for the next day often aren't brought out, even though the tracking claims they're on the van. I should be clear that this isn't an issue particular to this depot, my experience is that it's a national problem. Their policy seems to be to do everything they can to avoid delivering parcels on time.
