Like many other reviewers, my wife and I had some one-to-one lessons with Amy to prepare a first dance routine for our wedding. With no dancing background, Amy coached us through a simple yet engaging dance which we learned within four lessons. It was a great success on the night and we couldn't be happier with the result. Amy is a fantastic teacher and knows how to break the ice and get you comfortable, particularly important for those new to dancing who don't know what to expect. All lessons were conducted in a fun, friendly and forgiving atmosphere, with plenty of room to laugh at - but learn from - the hiccups. Couldn't recommend this enough to couples in a similar situation in the run-up to their weddings. Thank you Amy and BB!

Your video of the sally ann cha cha was one of the best instructional lessons for beginner dancers that I have watched it bought dancing for new and inexperienced dancers down to a level of comfort without all the distractions of the dance studio experienced dancers are familiar with the location showed dancing can be done and enjoyed anywhere. I have shown this video to a number of people that nervous beginners who were wanting to learn but were too shy almost wiithout exception they have gained confidence to take up dancing and thoroughly enjoy it .Thank you very much for care and consideration , I look forward to more back yard ballroom having said all this I once demonstrated the alpha waltz while wearing fishing waders not exactly elegant but created a lot of laughs and discussion .once again thank you for your contribution and I hope there will be much more .Tex Penna

We used berkshire ballroom to learn our first dance and it was great. The teacher was very welcoming and the steps were easy to learn. Would highly recommend.

My partner and I had a last-minute first dance lesson for our wedding with Amy and it was brilliant! Amy showed us a routine that would make us feel more comfortable on the dance floor and it really helped. Not only that but we also really enjoyed the lesson in itself, I highly recommend it!

I've taken this class a few times now and it was fantastic. Super friendly and helpful instructors. We were total newbies and made to feel very welcome!

Well done to BB, working through the lockdown. Thanks to the impressive hardwork and cheerful personality of Amy, we didn't have to hang up our dancing shoes once this summer, in fact some weeks I think we danced more than normal!!

We have been taught to dance by Amy and her team for many years. They are friendly, encouraging, patient, have a wealth of experience in different dances and make it fun so you don't feel silly when you just cannot do that new move. As someone with 2 left feet, my wife and I now have great selection of dances to do on cruises and parties. They also create a great social calender with events and practice nights. We have been with the school for over 10 years and are still having great fun.
