   Had a great experience at Hays thanks to Paul who booked our holiday for us. Unfortunately the hotel in Alcudia (BLUE SEA PISCIS ) Left a lot to be desired. ie: no air conditioning (had to leave balcony door open/mosquitoes got in) No sea view as promised and very small balcony Nothing to drink from or to make a drink. Had a fridge which my husband Had to get working and we payed extra for. The floor was filthy and the beds not properly made. Paint peeling of walls. The staff were friendly and we had no problem with the breakfast provided.

   Great staff. Really knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a 2 week summer break to America taking in Las Vegas, Hollywood and San Francisco. All perfect, hotels fabulous and no issues whatsoever. Would definitely use them again.
