   Hays in Highcliffe gave a friendly, efficient and personable service. Booking our cruise was straight forward and matched online prices. Great peace of mind compared to a recent experience of booking online and spending hours hanging on the end of a phone trying to re schedule a previous cruise. Well done Hays.

   I have booked many a holiday with this branch. Unfortunately, however last May I booked to go to Bali in June of this year thinking Covid may be over then. As we know it isn't. As I won't be in line to have my vaccine until July I feel ineasy to travel. However they won't allow me to cancel the trip which is very unfair. You find out how a business operates in tough times, sadly Hays customer service has fallen extremely short of any expected standards.
