   The parcel shop is ok. Issues around what ID you need. Even when the correct ID is given. The collection system has glitches. Evri is the worst cartier. For the third time, my parcel was left in the wrong place and badly damaged. Took a week to get in contact with them as their new system cuts the call off. Then I have to make a trip to the parcel shop again for damaged returns. I've now cancelled all further subscription deliveries from the seller due to them using Evri and explained why. They have to keep refunding for undelivered and damaged goods it's not fair to them. Avoid Evri.

   Leaves parcels in clear sight to be stolen, have sometimes not even received my parcel, had a delivery man open my door without knocking and was caught on camera with ring doorbell, reported him and never heard back so they clearly don't care. Package's have been damaged where they just throw them wherever too.
