Driving through red lights this morning over the itchin bridge and town drives at 20 in a 30 and 30 in 20 unable to operate a bus on correct side of road either
Terrible service from one of their drivers on the 9/8/2025 approximately 10am from Southampton port to Heathrow. Registration= 282 GOT Got nasty when my disabled child wanted to play peppa pig on his iPad and shouted up the bus for him to turn it of,,seriously a grown little man shouted at a 5 year old disabled child to turn peppa pig of. He thought he was the big lad and came up bus and tried to start on me,,he came up bus to me thinking he was going to harass me, I gave him back what he deserves and it was very funny his bottom lip started to tremble and he got back into his drivers seat he was a laughing stock lol. He may want to shout and harass little children but it wasn't happening with me and he realised that when I told him to get back in his seat and drive the bus what hes paid to do lol. Also didn't like how close he was driving to other vehicles along the way could have caused a serious crash.
Not the greatest courtesy from a foul mouthed driver whilst transporting Stroud School children back to Highwood Lane in Romsey. We had already witnessed him cut a corner at speed with cars approaching the junction on their side of the road from the School direction but then he pulled away on a blue Vauxhall that was carefully moving passed him when his coach was still indicating left whilst dropping off children just before a tight left hand bend by the school. A planting of his horn and hand signs complete with a foul mouthful was a response to a warning beep from the Vauxhall driver!!
I was on a p&o back to back cruise from the 28/08/2023 we got back to Southampton on the 2/09/2023, we got off the Ventura to go in to Southampton to pick up some items, This particular day there was a train strike. we found that the taxicab’s were very busy we was told by the on shore supervisor at the terminal that we could use the crew shuttle buses and was even taken to the pick up erea by a supervisor and said go to the front. Myself & wife we’re having a bit of banter with the crew at the time has we did know a few from the ship and were more than happy to let use join them, your driver had been to the WC prior to letting passengers on, he turned round and said to me you are to go to the back of the queue then said you might get on if any room after the crew have boarded. I promptly gave him a piece of my mind on two occasions with out any foul language being used. If he was any sort of professional driver he could have asked why we were at the front but did not think to ask. Just to let you know why we were going to Southampton was pick up a prescription from boots chemist, My wife was upset for a number of days after humiliating both of use. The driver new what he was doing in his attempt to quietly hide behind his so called choice who gets on your company bus, I was a coach & bus driver for many years and have come across many so called smart guys like your employee, Just to add my wife has been receiving cancer treatment over this last 12 months and we’re having a break before treatment to Re-starts again in late September. I have spoken to P&O and agreed that I could use the shuttle but your driver had other ideas in the back of his mind he would not admit he was being awkward with us both. We did not go in Southampton we both went back on the ship.Iam 72/wife 69 so we are not youngster shame on your Drivers.
Appalling driving. Please do not allocate your driver Stuart V to our group again if we decide to use your company again in the future.

Very surprised to read such negative reviews about their coach drivers!. A BIG shout out to Carl.. Have always had such helpful, kind , professional drivers . Weve all had such a tough year and now things are getting back on track we look forward to our next trip with Princess Coaches .
I am very surprised at the negative reviews about this company. I have used this company for at least 15 years and have always found the drivers and office staff courteous, very helpful and have always commented on the professionalism of the driving. Unfortunately, it only takes one mistake by a driver and the negative reviews start coming in but how many people actually give a good review for a good service? Heres One. Well done to all Princess coach drivers in these ever increasing difficult times on the road.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My family have been using Princess Coaches for the past 7 years for company trips to various resorts and attractions.
