   Delivery has been terrible!! I waited 2 times inside flat and both times they’ve not bothered to even ring up they have just said “no one’s home” and left leaving me with a message and running down the stairs to see that they’ve just left with no 2nd word. Delivery is astonishing no respect for the recipient , thankfully phone staff are brilliant and helped a lot just hope the next time they do it properly

   Absolutely dreadful service I have been at home all day waiting for my delivery. Then get a text saying they were unable to deliver on checking there was a photo of a random house. Try to speak to a human and just put on hold for ever

   They delivered my passport to the wrong address, it’s not even the same street or postcode. Shockingly bad, and I’m reporting them to HMPO

   Today 02/12/21 I was booked for a delivery. Nothing happened. I was at home at 12.30 when the delivery was recorded on their site they came to the door, took a photo and left. Didn't ring the bell, didn't knock, didn't leave a card. Only to get a message that "was not able to be delivered" with no reason mentioned. This is a service I payed for. I wish I could give -9999 stars to that driver. There's a petition for an enquiry to look into TNT and how come they were chosen for this 3 year service, when they utterly fail. There are extensive news out there on how they are failing to deliver and lost passports. I hope they go down and changed for a better service!!!! If you think there can be something worse than Hermes, this is it.

   I am hoping this helps out someone else who is stuck in the TNT circle of doom whilst trying to get their passport delivered. If you can't speak to anyone on the phone or your email are unanswered, drop in here at 16:30 prompt and bring your driving licence and hey presto, your passport will be found! To be fair, staff here are very helpful. The rest of TNT are a shocker
