   I recently came here to get some bloods done for working overseas in a hospital in Australia, as my local GP practice/occupational service would not provide this. The service provided was quick , efficient, and much cheaper than other private local healthcare providers in Aberdeen. I got the results of my test via email within a few days. Overall would come back here if required and would recommend this service to others. Thank you

   I had my blood tests done at this clinic and was told the results would be available on a specific day. That day came and went — but I received nothing. I wrote an email asking where my results were. No one replied. I wrote again the next day — still no response. Today is the third day. I am still waiting and trying to call the clinic. No one picks up the phone. I even left a voicemail, but I’ve heard nothing back. I am a human being — a pregnant woman — waiting for important medical results. My doctor is waiting as well. I got the results 3 days later at the end, the day before I got a call from the clinic at 9.30 PM. This level of communication is unacceptable for any medical facility.

   Edit. After visiting Esculap, I can safely say that I recommend this clinic. The employees are very nice and helpful. The visit took place at the planned time, so there were no delays. I am taking one star off for poor communication when trying to book an appointment. I have been trying to contact the clinic for five days, unfortunately what I have achieved can be described as half-hearted communication. The chance of reaching the clinic and for someone to pick up the phone is zero, they do not call back even when a message has been left on the answering machine. Contact via Messenger was established but not completed, the conversation was interrupted. I was already hoping that it would be possible to establish contact via email, but again I feel like I have hit a wall. On Saturday, they replied to the email, but again there was no follow-up and I was left with nothing. This is an unpleasant experience. When I used Esculap's services 3 years ago, I was satisfied and there were no such problems.

   I do not recommend very expensive visits apart from paying in advance. The husband could not stand up to one of them, the inability to translate, namely the money was lost. After talking to a passerby, they were supposed to respond within 10 days after consulting the bosses, and no one called. It seems to me that it is not about the patient's welfare, but about his wallet
