   I recently had a head and scalp massage with Kirsten, and it was nothing short of incredible. Her hands were absolutely heavenly—warm, precise, and unbelievably soothing. She instinctively knew exactly where the tension was hiding, targeting all the right pressure points with the perfect balance of firmness and gentleness. There was one particular move she did where I genuinely felt like I was floating. It was as if all the stress I’d been carrying melted away in an instant. I could literally feel the tension releasing from my head, leaving me lighter, calmer, and deeply relaxed. When the treatment was finished, I practically floated out of the clinic. I felt so calm and weightless, like I was walking on air. Later that night, I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. I often struggle to fall asleep, but this night was different—I drifted off effortlessly and went straight into a deep, peaceful sleep. Kirsten’s technique is not only skilful but also intuitive; she creates an atmosphere where you feel completely cared for. The entire experience felt therapeutic, grounding, and luxuriously calming. I walked out feeling renewed, centered, and already looking forward to my next appointment. Highly, highly recommend her if you want a truly transformative head and scalp massage.

   I had my first massage in over 20 years at Temple recently and wondered why I’d left it so long. Like many retired men I experience back pain, for me exacerbated by golf and gardening, things that have to be done. Not only was my massage with Kirsten thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable, I arrived with a sore lower back and left without it. I would very much recommend.

   Recently I have visited the clinic for a HydraFacial Platinum. From the moment I walked in I have received provisional and welcoming service. Once I have completed the forms at reception my therapist Marina took me to the room and explained the treatment and walked me through every step that she was doing. Treatment was gentle and relaxing and my face after the treatment was very smooth and clean and still glowing the next following day. Highly recommend to visit and try out the services

   I recently had Reflexology with Kirsten. I was a little apprehensive as I had never had the treatment before but it was an absolutely lovely experience. Kirsten is calm and welcoming, and I felt so relaxed and peaceful during and after the treatment. I would highly recommend visiting Temple Clinic for Reflexology. Take the time to treat yourself!

   I recently visited Temple for a deep tissue massage. My job is very sedentary but I play a lot of golf! Combination of the two leaves me very stiff, especially in the lower back. The massage was great, first time i has ever experienced a massage "gun" and it very effective! You can feel the difference almost immediately, cant recommend it highly enough.

   Very happy with my experience, Dr Sam was very easy to talk to and put me at ease as this was my first treatment. I had Hydrofacial which I loved and the therapist was fantastic and guided me through every part of the treatment. I can't wait for my next treatment in September.

   I absolutely love going to Temple Clinic. My experience with the staff from Dr. Sam, Lois, Gillian, Lauren and Cat, to name a few, has been so wonderful. The entire team there make you feel so welcome and at home. They all create such a warm, friendly environment. I always feel so free to ask any questions I have, as they are all so supportive. Cannot recommend enough :)

   Having worked as a Clinic Assistant here, I can definitely say that the Temple team and services overall are to the best standards and quality. All members of staff are very friendly and make sure to attend to each clients needs at all times. The treatments are also done amazingly with results being shown on the clinic's social media pages; as well as fantastic skincare products and advice being offered here as well. Due to the wide variety of great services and lovely staff members overall, I could not recommend Temple Clinic enough!

   I was super impressed with the care and attention I received at my facial appointment at Temple. I was welcomed with a friendly smile, First Impressions count so much! Magda was very attentive and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. I felt relaxed and at ease. After a consultation we decided to focus my treatment on Hydration as after many highland dog walks through the winter my cheeks had become really dry, dull and red. I received an Enzyme Peel, followed by the Omnilux Light therapy ( which was so relaxing and highly recommend adding this onto any facial treatment you have as you will not be disappointed) face mask and facial massage with Jade stones. 5 days later and my skin still feels as soft and hydrated as the day I walked out of my treatment and all my redness in my cheeks has faded. Highly recommend
