Inflexible and illogical, instead of taking urine sample and sending it to lab, wasting my time making me wait, possibly delaying my 3 year old treatment with potentially serious consequences. The doctor we saw upon original appointment was lovely and helpful, prescribed trimethoprim course for suspected UTI. My daughter was already potty trained but started to wet herself due to holding to urine as peeing causing discomfort so we needed to use the pads again. We were asked to submit a urine sample asap to rule out other causes or more resistant bacteria which would require different antibiotics. It took us 14 days before she would pee for us into potty again so we can submit the sample finally. As this is boxing day surgeries are closed so I showed up to hand the sample in as originally requested. They could have just taken the sample and send it to lab so the treatment can be determined, but they would not do that with illogical excuses being inflexible for no good reason. I am nurse myself and urinalysis showed raised leucocytes pointing to original treatment did not quite clear it up yet. They have claimed that the container is not sterile, well potty she would pee into and the urine would be transferred from there to the container wouldn't be perfectly sterile too, despite being cleaned properly. Now we have to wait for another 3 days until surgery opens, that is if we manage to obtain urine sample again as this one will be wasted by then. Basically a waste of time and 14 days of trying to obtain the sample to get tested.

I was shocked that on a Saturday night I could see a doctor so Quickly. The Staff and doctor were amazing and I'm convinced without getting the help I did after being referred by ambulance folk I wouldn't be here to. Write this. Thank you to All the Staff even the big security staff were welcoming and full of smiles. Great service from a wonderful Doctor.

Wonderful service here. Disabled friendly entrance and lifts to higher floors. Very clean. Toilets in waiting areas. I was there for physiotherapy. The physiotherapist I got was lovely put me at ease friendly and excellent at her job. In the 4 weeks since I got my first set of exercises my range of mobility is improving. Saw her again yesterday and she was just as lovely and also encouraging

Shocking! I tried to make an appointment because I’m worried I may have contracted an infection, I explained that I had been to the doctor but I’m not convinced as it wouldn’t be the first time a doctor has been wrong and would like to get a proper check up, the receptionist acted like I was a bother and because I had been to a doctor I wouldn’t get an appointment until the end of April! I have Anxiety and would have liked it for piece of mind. Can’t believe we would have to absolutely milk our symptoms just to get appointment
