The receptionist could not have been less helpful if she tried.I was sent here from my doctor to fix something that is not done by the doctor or doctors nurse and I was told to go back to my GP to have it fixed by your GP, I explained the doctor sent me here and was told again to get it fixed by my GP. How can a receptionist overrule a Doctor
This service is disgusting. My husband was was scheduled to get his blood pressure checked on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at 4 p.m. My husband has been treated rudely by the care assistant on duty today, and he was informed that his prior blood pressure of 149/100 mm Hg was perfectly normal and that he shouldn't attend today. When his blood pressure was measured that day, it was 120/80 mmHg, but he previously had repeated blood pressure checks and had never had a reading lower than 140/100 mmHg. As a nurse, I was surprised about that reading . I asked him to go and check his blood pressure since I can do it because we have to follow his treatment instructions. Council really needs to check this service.
Bad reviews and I can see why. Hard to get an appointment despite leaving messages on so many different occasions for an appointment. When you catch them then you're lucky.

Man at reception is very kind and helpful! Had a negative experience with Dr Valentine I felt looked down upon and like I was a burden but another female doctor saw me another day and she was professional and approachable
They have silly times for taking an application forms (only Tuesday and Thursday 10:30-12:30) because of too "busy" staff. I never got registered. Went there so many times to give my application forms and always sent me to Northfield which is far away from me! The reception staff doesn't show to care too much, probably because of too much "busy" time! ( always was nobody there when I have been there)
It's an ok place, but I don't understand why would most doctors operate from there if the practice has another address, Greenfern rd, which looks half-dead, but is more convenient for peeps like me (not driving, having to walk even further). I would like to dedicate my three stars to the male receptionist there, he seems super polite and very likeable. If you're reading this sir, please keep up the good work!
