Do not waste your time using this practice , TIME WASTERS! Wasted 6 weeks of my time telling me they would have an appointment the following month but couldn't confirm as they cant look into there diary so far ahead!? Eventually reject the work assigned by the DVLA which they could of done when I first contacted them. Time wasters take your custom elsewhere.
