    I returned my parcel and l was asked to wait for the email to confirm the return and unfortunately l didn’t get the email and the company needed the tracking number

    Shocking..claims to do whats advertised but they wont carry out hermes services. They should be struck off. NO package-less shipping i had to use my own bag! Wont return.
